An Exciting Transformation is on the Horizon

The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is undergoing a $100 million renovation to achieve 4 to 4.5-star status, led by new owner Pivotal Group. Starting May 2025 and ending October 2026, the resort will remain open with minimal guest interruptions. Renovations include modernizing the 20-acre property, updating over 430 suite-style rooms, enhancing the lobby, introducing new dining and bar options, constructing a new spa and fitness center, creating new outdoor spaces, improving 60,000 square feet of event space, and maintaining the River Ranch Water Park.
